International Paper’s Coins 4 Kids On-Line Auction Just a Couple Days Away!

Share it Please

If you’re passionate about feeding and educating children in need and looking for a great way to help, don’t miss the International Paper’s 2014 Decade of Dedication Coins 4 Kids On-Line Auction, which is only a few days away!

Coins 4 Kids is an International Paper signature giving program in partnership with the World Food Program that provides in-school nutritious meals to children in poverty stricken areas across Nairobi, Kenya. Thanks to employee, company, community and other stakeholder gifts, more than $8 million has been raised since 2004 to provide school-aged children with healthy meals annually.

The Coins 4 Kids auction will take place starting THIS coming Monday, April 7, at 7:00am (cst) through Saturday, April 12, at 6:00pm (cst).

Anyone can log on now at biddingforgood.com/ipcoins4kids to register and get a special sneak peak of some 900 auction items up for bid. The auction is open to anyone and offers FREE shipping for all items -- so don’t forget to spread the word to your family, friends and many others.

Also, most importantly, 100 percent of every dollar you spend in the auction will go directly to the tens of thousands of children in Nairobi. The meal program has proven to boost school enrollment and attendance, and improve academic performance. Many school children further receive a take-home ration for their families. For more information on Coins 4 Kids, visit wfpusa.org/coins4kids.

Note: Coins 4 Kids supporters also collect bills and change in red collection cups, modeled after the red cups that the World Food Program fills with nutritious food for the children. When full, these cups – which can fit anywhere, like on your desk, in the kitchen, or in your car – can hold enough money to feed one child for an entire school year.

So please, share, share, share! Through email, Facebook and Twitter! Help us expand the bidding footprint to help feed more children!
